How does the saying go – “don’t work with children or animals”? And anyone who has spent 5 minutes with Bear knows she is into everything, doesn’t sit still and likes to play hide and seek. So maybe we were crazy to book a professional photoshoot for the 3 of us…? 

Well, as it turns out, Bear can strike a pose with the best of us (especially when distracted by bubbles and allowed to destroy our plant pots) and the hour we spent with Rachel Lambert was so much fun!

We didn’t have a professional shoot when she was tiny – my Mum is seriously into her photography so we have been fortunate enough to have a load of shots of Bear’s first year. But we wanted some non-studio photos taken by someone who doesn’t know us well – I thought an unbiased lens could capture some more natural photos of our little family, especially now that Bear is on the move.
